Design and analysis of UAV structural components

We analyzed, designed, and assembled UAV structural components, optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio. The work covered CAD modeling, material selection, and manufacturing documentation.
We worked from the physical data of other UAV systems and arrived at parameters that balance minimum weight against sufficient strength under vibration and impact loads.
To test the final design, we built a Gazebo simulation environment that reproduces elevated component loads (2g, 5g, 10g) at different angles and vibration frequencies (under impact). The work was delivered to PLM standards (product lifecycle management) and successfully integrated into the client’s business processes.
