A.R.M. digital twin
A digital helper service for plant engineers
We developed a simulator plugin that acts as a digital twin for the component welding process. It simulates CNC toolpaths and flags possible physical errors in the path and potential breakdowns.
Working with the complex geometry APIs of Fusion 360, performance limits of the plugin environment, and support for different motion types.
We built the Fusion plugin for an automotive plant to verify unscheduled passes of a welding machine. It reduces human error and cuts verification time from 24 hours a week to 6.
