A turnkey ecosystem of sharing stations
We delivered a turnkey sharing station system: hardware procurement, embedded software, a backend platform, a mobile app, and launch across Russian regions. The system runs 24/7 with automated monitoring.
Distributed mass reflashing of devices across multiple hardware revisions in the field, inconsistent hardware from the supplier, and the need for real-time synchronization.
The result is a centralized management system for heterogeneous devices. The client’s top priority was easy scalability, and we delivered it as early as the prototype stage, 1.5 months into the project. Today the system can add 20+ sharing stations a day with no delays and no loss of data availability. It supports more than 10 firmware variants (with touchscreens, toggle switches, and more).
